About Us

	Client Institute Director Dr. William Ronco is president, Gathering Pace Consulting, in Bedford, Massachusetts. He consults, teaches and publishes on strategic planning, partnering and leadership development. He works with organizations in all facets of the design and construction industry: real estate, facilities, architecture, engineering and construction. Clients include Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard University, Marriott Corporation, Washington Mutual Bank, Nortel Networks, Southern California Edison, Princeton University, Williams College, Reebok Corporation, the Commonwealth of Virginia and a host of others.
	Dr. Ronco has extensive experience and a consistent, positive track record in his Strategic Planning and Business Intelligence. He focuses primarily on achieving lasting results and outcomes, and on fully implementing plans and goals. He has taught Strategic Planning and Partnering programs for the Harvard Graduate School of Design, Northeastern University and CORENET New England. He wrote the Report on Strategic Planning for the AIA Practice Manual.
	Dr. Ronco’s Leaders Circle program is of special interest for experienced real estate, design, engineering and construction professionals. The program provides high-end leadership training for small, mixed groups. Using a format of twelve monthly half-day sessions, The Leaders Circle delivers much more effective, lasting results than traditional one-time “retreat” style programs.
	Dr. Ronco is an international expert on Partnering. He has led over 100 successful design and construction partnering programs. He has also led over 100 successful programs applying partnering methods for alliances, outsourcing, mergers, acquisitions, community involvement and inter-departmental alignment. He is author of The Partnering Solution (Career Press, 2005) and the Partnering Manual For Design And Construction. (NY: McGraw-Hill, 1996)
	Dr. Ronco initiated and continues to lead educational programs for the Boston Society of Architects, the Massachusetts Associated General Contractors and CORENET New England.
	Dr. Ronco earned his B.A. at Rutgers University, his Ed.M. at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and his Ph.D. in Urban Planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
